ASTL has found there are organizations in China falsely claiming to be authorized by ASTL to recruit students for CTL certification training and examination without ASTL’s approval.

ASTL and ASTL-China hereby declare:

• ASTL China Representative Office is the only organization authorized to organize CTL examinations.
  
• Only ASTL-China Approved Training Centers are authorized to provide CTL certification training.
  
• Please be careful and be alert. You can contact ASTL-China at 010-58206271 or to check whether the training provider is authorized.
  

These organizations and individuals must stop their illegal actions. Otherwise ASTL will take legal actions.
ASTL’s first China Representative Office was established in Beijing in January 2007. In April 2010, ASTL established the second office in Shanghai, China. Since the China office was established, ASTL has organized an annual Sino-American Logistics Conference and various US-China exchange programs to promote logistics industry cooperation between two countries. ASTL established a membership mechanism to strengthen the communications between members in China and members overseas.

ASTL-China has strongly promoted the development of CTL, PLS and GLA certifications, hazardous material transportation and cold chain logistics training programs. At present, ASTL-China has established industry partnerships with five multinational corporation including Ingersoll Rand, BNSF, Delphi, Schneider, Penske. Those companies have provided best practices and experts to support our programs and ASTL certified professionals are given preference during hiring process.
